Help with a birthdayyy idea please?

ok so my BEST friends birthday is coming up...oh yah and btw she is turning 13...she is really artsy and loves silly things like bubbles, chalk and hula hoops...so far i was thinking about getting her one big arsty thing--like about 25 dollars-- and A LOTTT of little things like bubbles, markers, colored pencils etc. please help me think of something goodd cuz she is my BEST FRIENDDDD....haha please and thanksss
