One of the common symptoms of adhd iss forgetfulness though it doesn't just randomly start, I've had extreme forgetfulness all my life and lose things, forget what i'm saying, forget what I'm doing etc. all the time. When I was on medication I didn't forget things nearly as much but if you've suddenly just started forgetting stuff then it probably isn't related or you're just now starting to realize how often you forget stuff. Ok, I used to eat A LOT of food. Like dinner for breakfast, unhealthy lunch, five snacks not healthy at all after school, then a huge dinner. My 4 year old won't participate in group activities?

is it common for the preschooler to suddenly not want to participate in organized group classes or activities? my daughter has tried a couple of rounds of ballet and gymnastics when she was 2 1/2 - 3 years old. no, these are not "academic" kind of classes, just your local community type of classes like what ones that Gymboree holds... all simply for fun, she's even met friends from there and they usually aren't more than 8 - 12 classes at a time, once a week. she loved every moment of them and would get soo excited to go. it's been a few months since we've taken classes due to the winter season, etc.. recently, our 9 yr old neighbor, who is taking rythmic gymnastics, taught her how to use her hula hoop and ribbon and for a 3.5 year old, she's become really good. at first i didn't think to enroll her but she asked me herself "mommy, i want to try 'ribbon classes like megan'" (lol) so i enrolled her in one for 3-4 year olds. we've had three classes and she will not participate. but every single time, she would get sooo excited about it all the way until we walk through the gym door. it's so strange because it's like she's a completely different person. one moment she'll be so excited to go, and then as soon as the class starts, she clams up and hides against me and will absolutely not want to participate. has anyone else been thru this before? she's in preschool two mornings a week and there she is completely fine.

I wake up every Friday morning at 7 am, then I go downstairs and gotta get my bowl, gotta get my cereal. I then walk to the bus stop where I see my friends, spend 45 minutes with "front seat back seat dilemma" and finally decide on the only seat that was available the whole time. While in the car driving to school, me and my friends start casually singing and it suddenly turns into night time where we start partying on top of the car. Trying to become fit/a runner?

i am looking to take up running (as well as other exercises) as a hobby this summer bc well i kinda let myself go when i quit doing sports. i need a beginners training schedule that is realistic and a bit flexible. when i run outdoors there is only sidewalks or street to run on unless i drive to the beach. my city has a ymca with a pool, track and a ton of weight machines and cardio machines, that's what i have to work with...im pretty open minded to exercises like hula hooping and what not. i would like to be able to run 10 miles non stop by august so far i can only run 1ish. im 200lbs if that matters for a more personal schedule.

Right workout/ eating routine to lose weight?

I am currently 5'4" tall and weigh 200 lbs. I used to be 160 and fit into size 10/12, but now I'm in a huge size 16/18. I just really want to get back to that size. I am eating healthy by limiting the sugar and calorie intake, eating a ton of fruits, veggies, healthy meats like grilled chicken and fish, and drinking water instead of sodas. I currently do interval training for 20 minutes (Jillian's 30 day shred), 30 minutes of elliptical, 30 minutes of Just Dance 2 (burning about 460 calories), and 30 minutes of wii fit (Free step & advanced hula hoop). Is this too much working out, just right, or too little? I've only been doing this for about 2 weeks, but am frustrated that my weight remains constant and little improvement has shown in terms of jean size. I'm not looking to lose my weight overnight, but trying to do it in a healthy way to keep it off it's just a long hard process. Any other tips would be helpful too!

The last book was sooo disappointing. The whole book wasn't that good and on some parts just didn't make sense. The book just didn't have a good story line and felt like some scenes Stephenie just threw in for fans. What i am talking about is the ending, i feel like after she had her baby they were building up suspense for this big fight scene with the volturi. We have to listen to Bella talk on and on how terrified she was, and they have half of the book to preparing for a fight scene. All of the other vampires come to back them up, Bella has a back up plan for Renesmee just in case they are killed, and i was expecting some excitement. Then they talk a little... decide not to fight.. the volturi go home... bella and edward have sex.. happily ever after, yea, done, the end!!? Don't even get me started with the whole Jacob ending up with bella's baby, I think he should have been with Leah plus that was just weird and ewww. Killing Crabgrass on bare soil?

Recently bought a new house & had the old sod/yard removed by a Bobcat. The yard and sides of the house are down to bare soil for the most part and I've noticed that some areas are pretty thick with the crabgrass coming in. I can't do any damage with a hula hoe and Round-Up seems to kill the top portion only but not the root. I don't have any grass yet but plan on putting new sod in within a year or so, maybe longer if I need to wait. My question to you is, what works best to effectively kill crabgrass and where can I find it. I'm guessing that what I'm looking for you can't just find at any Home Depot or Lowe's or anything. I want grass to eventually be put in and grow over where some of these patches are but if I have to wait a lot longer to let the weed killer do its job, I'll wait. I need something pretty strong to kill this stuff. I'm just tired of it taking over the bare soil and making it look like I have tons of weeds when its just a crabgrass issue spreading like crazy. I have a 20gal community tank with some different kinds of fish including 4 female guppies and 2 male guppies that I am trying to mate. How do I move on without my dog?

This week I made the worst mistake I've ever made in my life. It started out as a late bike ride and I will feel the stupidest person alive for trying to ride a bike now at 7:30 but that's what I did. My dog, my best friend, that helped me get through so much in the past year, got out of the gate because he wanted to come with me. I tried to stop him and block him while I was getting my bike out the gate opening but he dodged me and ran out into the street and now I know I had let him go right in front of me, its the worst feeling I've ever felt. I chased him in neighbor's yards but he though I was playing with him so he kept running further and further out into the street. I felt helpless and it kept getting darker but then he passed into the highway and I kept panicking and stood there hoping he would see me. I never thought he would get killed because he had the most amazing spirit I've ever seen in a dog and all I keep thinking about is what I should have done to get him back and I know I could have saved him by running in the opposite direction. He always followed me and I am afraid that truth is never going to go away and will always haunt me over his death. It felt unreal seeing him killed and then lifeless on the pavement and I still want to believe it never happened but I know it has because now I am never going to see him run to me again. People keep telling me its not my fault but I know they are just being nice. Everyone in my family knows I am responsible for his death and that's what hurts the most even though they claim that my life is more valuable to them than his. I could have put him up in the house, I could have ran the other way so he would run after me(he always wanted to win every race..), I could have tied him up and never leave that spot, I could have gotton the hula-hoop and chased him away from the gate(it was the only thing he was afraid of) or I could have asked for help. But it doesn't matter because he's dead and I can never see him looking back at me and bolt in a second like a big horse where I was every time I stepped foot in that yard and now..he's buried there. It hurts to go in the backyard, front yard and i can't face riding my bike on that street without ever knowing that's the reason he is dead now. I have a super smart almost 2 year old border collie. She is very tame and listens VERY well! She knows how to give high fives and catch treats in the air. It was early in the morning, my dad woke me up cause he slammed the bathroom door hard (he had to go to work) and I decided to keep sleeping. So I fell asleep again and started dreaming this scary dream. (for me it was scary cause I rarely have scary dreams or dream anything at all) I dreamed that, school was about to begin and I needed to get prepared for it. My puppy has a rash on tummy and leg/arm pits?

My poor little Lilly. She will be 3 months tomorrow. Over the past about 5 days she has developed a rash on her tummy. It goes across her whole belly and is all red with little red spots and is particularly bad where her belly meets her arms and legs. Some days it has been worse then others because there were times when we thought it was going away but has yet to do so. We have not changed her diet which consists of authority large breed puppy food - bully sticks and bones. She does go out into the grass every day and her and her sister play all the time - the rash has not affected her eating, drinking, or personality in any way. We did take her to the vet the other day for another reason in which she needed an antibiotic, the vet gave us the option to do a skin scraping but he didn't make it seem like it was anything serious so we did not do it because we were already spending quite a bit that day. I have been giving her half a benedryl which he recommended to help her itchiness but I haven't noticed it helping much. I still remember when I thought up the idea for the Anarachist Furs show. I was walking around the quad meeting up with an old friend, spotted this girl in a beautiful dress—purple… might have been green—carrying this hula hoop and I walked up to her told her I was putting together this little show, peppered my pitch with “astral plane consciousness” and prose of the like which I had spotted in the first chapter of this Carl Sagan book that I told my ex-girlfriend I read, and my lie was quite successful and indeed sent her panties in free fall down her slender legs, toes pointed inward but since that was all over it was just the woman with the purple-green dress and the hula hoop of excess—ample breasts, pouty bee-stung lips, certainly contrasting with my ideal of a minimalist, slender (a wealthy ascetic and champion of willpower, consciously deviating from whorish behavior and frivolous consumption that typified so many other woman, and those who it didn’t typify were most likely not in avoidance of such excesses but were barred by ugliness or poverty and yet sought so rabidly to obtain what they could not have, becoming exponentially enraptured by craving. And so the hula hoop girl was my candidate, if only because her position at the center of this continuum minimized the intimidation as I pitched my idea, minimized the chance of rejection, minimized that goddamn emptiness in my stomach, the feeling of panic and weightlessness, as if my entire body was being strewn about my marionette strings and I surrender to it in vain attempt at sensory-deprivation.
