Basically I'm starting to work out for summer and since jogging isn't my all-time favorite work out (although i still jog) I was wondering if hula-hooping would HELP get that nice beach body. I don't want to spend loads of money on those weighted hula-hoops where you can't do more than 30 seconds at a time, so all I have is a lightweight kids hula hoop, but along with jogging, doing 90 crunches, and hula-hooping for about an hour daily, would that help get me in shape?
