IM WORRIED ABOUT MY EATING DISORDER!?
Your worried about eating habits is one thing. So if you are worried about eating unhealthy I would recommend just trying to eat healthy. and taking care of yourself. If you are worried about having a eating disorder that's another. If you are worried I would tell a parent friend doctor or some one else you trust. If you cant do that then try writing about how you feel about yourself try really hard to focus on the positives. I am also 13 and I have issues with my weight. You are great they way you are and 112lbs. Isn't that much. please don't look down on yourself because you are great the way you are.
