Well, you could always go for walks then build up to runs later. : ) I enjoy hula-hooping, it is AWESOME for your thighs and stomach. It makes my tummy less squishy LOL. I used to do it for an hour at a time, but you really should wear a sweater or something thick because I found that it sort of bruised my body (especially my hip bones) a little. My hula hoop is a special one and burns 600 calories an hour. Be sure to tighten your tummy when you hula hoop. Or you could jump rope too : )
